Today’s Fake News Friday incorrectly reported that nominations will take place tomorrow. This is not accurate. Union leadership rescheduled the meeting due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. The general membership meeting will actually take place next Saturday, 01/24/2026. I did not know this at the time of posting. Normally, the meeting is the third Saturday of the month. I apologize for the confusion. I have edited the post to remove references to the meeting being tomorrow. I will repost this information next Friday.
